Scott was here today fixing my toilet and leaky faucets. He was super nice, very clean during the working process (he brought his own indoor shoes!), and very efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and made suggestions on things like different brand names of faucets but with no pressure on spending more money than necessary. I just had Scott and his apprentice out to help with two showers not getting hot enough water. I’ve had two companies out before with conflicting answers as to what the problem was, and without the ability to explain the problem and the solution to me. They were fantastic! Scott was very confident in what the problem was, took the time to explain it to me and then fixed it in no time (faulty mixing valve). I will be calling only this company for any future needs!!
